Hi, I’m Tiffany, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in NJ, and the heart behind T&L Therapy Services. I started this practice because I genuinely care about helping people feel heard, supported, and more in control of their lives. Over the years, I’ve worked with kids, adults, and families dealing with things like anxiety, stress, big life changes, and just feeling stuck. My approach is honest, supportive, and grounded in real connection — no jargon, no judgment. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can be yourself, work through what’s on your mind, and take steps toward feeling better, one day at a time.
